We invite proposals for papers addressing topics associated with the Hebrew Bible/Old Testament and Christian Scriptures/New Testament, as well as with extra-canonical, early patristic, and intertestamental literatures. Proposals on material related to contemporary hermeneutical studies and approaches to texts, women and gender, biblical theology, Near Eastern Studies are also welcome. Proposals for papers that consider texts and hermeneutical issues relating to this year's conference theme Religion,Economics, and Culture in Conflict and Conversation will be especially welcomed. These proposals should be no longer than 250 words.
