Upon arrival at Portland Airport, conference members are to go out the door of the baggage claim level to Island 2 and to the left of it where the overhead sign says "Scheduled Buses and Vans." The shuttle runs every half hour on the hour and will pick our people up and bring them right to the residence hall where they will live and register. This rate applies for folks coming in to the Wabash workshop.
Bring Your Own Water Container
Water will be available at break times and there are certainly water fountains BUT UP has gone "bottled water free" so where possible, participants should bring their own water containers to fill up at different times of the day from the water dispensers that will be available. No bottled water will be available.
